ISSUE:
The Twin Cities Police Authority has disbanded effective December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND:
The Twin Cities Police Authority has withdrawn from the POST Reimbursable Program.  The Twin Cities Police Authority (comprised of the Town of Corte Madera and the City of Larkspur) is taking steps join the Central Marin Police Authority (a JPA) and rejoin the POST Reimbursable Program through the new Authority. 
ANALYSIS:
Twin Cities Police Authority has withdrawn from the POST Program.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission is advised that the Twin Cities Police Authority is removed from the POST Reimbursable Program.
