| ISSUE: |
| The Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency is seeking entry into the POST Non-Reimbursable Regular Program. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency has requested to participate in the POST Non-Reimbursable Regular Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(a) and 13522. The agency has agreed to abide by POST regulations. An Ordinance of the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors was adopted on May 7, 2013 as required by Penal Code Section 13522. |
| ANALYSIS: |
| The agency presently employs four full-time inspectors. The inspectors have completed the appropriate basic training. |
| RECOMMENDATION: |
| The Commission is advised that the Mendocino Health and Human Services Agency Inspectors have been accepted into the POST Non-Reimbursable Regular Program. |
