ISSUE:
The Chaffey Community College District Police Department is seeking entry into the POST Reimbursable Regular Program.
BACKGROUND:
The Chaffey Community College District Police Department has requested to participate in the POST Reimbursable Regular Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(c) and 13522.  The agency has agreed to abide by POST regulations.  A Resolution of the governing Board of Chaffey Community College District was adopted on February 27, 2014, as required by Penal Code Section 13522.
ANALYSIS:
The agency presently employs eleven (11) peace officers.

Fiscal impact for reimbursement of training would consist of reimbursement for CPT for eleven (11) peace officers.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission is advised that the Chaffey Community College District Police Department peace officers have been accepted into the POST Reimbursable Regular Program.
