1.Approval of June 28, 2013, Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
2.Financial Report - Fourth Quarter FY 2012-13
The Committee will review budgeted and actual revenues as well as training volumes and reimbursements through the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2012-13.
3.Report on Contracts Entered into During FY 2012-13
Each year the Commission receives a summary report of contract activities for the year just concluded. The report has been prepared and is included under this tab for information purposes. Staff would be pleased to respond to any questions or comments.
4.Report on Actual Expenditures for FY 2012-13
A report of actual FY 2012-13 expenditures is provided.
5.Financial Report - First Quarter for FY 2013-14
The Committee will review budgeted and actual revenues as well as training volumes and reimbursements through the First Quarter of FY 2013-14. 
6.Report on Expenditure Projections for FY 2013-14
The Committee will review the projected expenditures for FY 2013-14.
7.Report to Address Revenue Shortfall in FY 2014-15
The California Department of Finance is recommending the Commission reduce expenditures to accommodate a projected budget shortfall in Fiscal Year 2014/15.
8.Review of New Expenditure Items on the Regular Commission Agenda
Routinely, the Committee reviews matters on the regular agenda that have a fiscal impact. It is appropriate for the Committee to review these items and make recommendations to the full Commission.
