| The Commission on POST is partially funded through the State Penalty Fund. POST depends on this revenue to perform its legal obligations to the State of California. Revenues collected in the past 10 years have decreased significantly. Fiscal Year 2019-2020 projected revenues will potentially decrease by more than $12 million compared to the revenues collected in Fiscal Years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.
