| The Willows Police Department was dissolved effective September 1, 2017. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Through local city council resolution, the City of Willows will commence contract law enforcement services with the Glenn County Sheriff's Office. The Willows Police Department requests to remove their agency from the POST Reimbursable Program and be made obsolete. |
| ANALYSIS: |
| The Glenn County Board of Supervisors approved a contract to have the Willow's Police Department services dissolved and now be managed by the Glenn County Sheriff's Office. |
