| This item has been generated to provide a report to the Commission that summarizes the status of recent regulatory changes. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| POST Staff have presented requests for Commission approval of regulations changes that are found to be either in need of revision due to changes in operating procedures or in response to legislative mandates, etc. Once the Commission has taken action on a particular regulatory request, no mechanism had been put in place to report back to the Commission on the action(s) they had taken. Attachment A shows the regulatory actions are now in effect. |

| In order to keep the Commission informed on the status of regulation changes as they move through the approval process, POST staff will produce a regular report on actions approved by the Commission. |
