ISSUE:
The Sierra County Sheriff's Office has entered into the POST Reimbursable Program for its dispatchers. 
BACKGROUND:
The Sierra County Sheriff 's Office has been approved to participate in the POST Reimbursable Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(a) and 13522.  The agency has agreed to abide by POST Regulations.  A Resolution by Sierra County Board was adopted December 3, 2019, as required by Penal Code 13522.  
ANALYSIS:
The agency presently employees four (4) dispatchers. 
RECOMMENDATION:

The Commission is advised that the Sierra County Sheriff's Office has been accepted into the POST Reimbursable Program for their dispatchers.
