ISSUE:
The Southwestern Community College Police Department has entered into the POST Reimbursable Program for its dispatchers. 
BACKGROUND:
The Southwestern Community College Police Department has requested its dispatchers participate in the POST Reimbursable Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(a) and 13522.  The agency has agreed to abide by POST Regulations. A Resolution by the Governing Board of the Southwestern Community College District was adopted on February 11, 2020 as required by Penal Code 13522.
ANALYSIS:
The agency presently employees three (3) dispatchers. 
RECOMMENDATION:

The Commission is advised that the Southwestern Community College Police Department has been accepted into the POST Reimbursable Program for its dispatchers. 

The report is presented for information only. No action is required by the Commission.
