| BACKGROUND: |
| The California Department of Managed Health Care's last remaining officer retired in May 2019. The California Department of Managed Health Care will be formally released from the POST Non-Reimbursable Program. |
| ANALYSIS: |
| While attempting to schedule an annual compliance visit in Fiscal Year 2020/2021, Training Delivery and Compliance staff determined the last remaining officer retired effective May 1, 2019. |
