ISSUE:
The Kern High School District Police Department has entered into the POST Reimbursable Program for its dispatchers. 
BACKGROUND:
The Kern High School District Police Department has been approved to participate in the POST Reimbursable Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(a) and 13522. The agency has agreed to abide by POST Regulations. A Resolution by the Kern High School District Board of Trustees was adopted February 1, 2021, as required by Penal Code 13522. 
ANALYSIS:
The agency presently employees two (2) dispatchers. 
RECOMMENDATION:

The Commission is advised that the Kern High School District Police Department has been accepted into the POST Reimbursable Program for their dispatchers. 

The report is for information only.  No action is required.
