ISSUE:
BACKGROUND:

The Commission has requested diversity data for the POST workforce be included at the next Commission meeting.

Diversity data is voluntarily self-reported by new employees during the on boarding process at POST.  POST HR collects the information and reports it to the State of California.  The collection criteria is the standardized by CalHR.

The following information represents POST workforce diversity data for full-time employees (118) and part-time retired annuitants (12) on board as of May 11, 2021:
