ISSUE:
The Apple Valley Unified School District Police Department has entered into the POST Reimbursable Program for its dispatchers. 
BACKGROUND:
The Apple Valley Unified School District Police Department dispatchers have been approved to participate in the POST Reimbursable Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(a) and 13522. The agency has agreed to abide by POST Regulations. A Resolution by the Governing Board of the Apple Valley Unified School District of San Bernardino County was adopted on March 4, 2021, as required by Penal Code 13522. 
ANALYSIS:
The agency presently employs five (5) dispatchers. 
RECOMMENDATION:

The Commission is advised that the Apple Valley Unified School District Police Department has been accepted into the POST Reimbursable Program for their dispatchers.
