| Baldwin Park Unified School District Police Department has been dissolved effective June 30, 2021. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Baldwin Park Unified School District Police Department currently has no Police Chief and the school district has no plans to hire any officers. Baldwin Park Unified School District Police Department will be formally released from the POST Reimbursable Program. |
| ANALYSIS: |
| Training Delivery and Compliance staff has confirmed via a letter received on July 30, 2021, from Interim Chief of Police Craig Junginger with the Baldwin Park Unified School District Police Department, advising law enforcement services will no longer be used. The City of Baldwin Park Police Department have taken over responsibility of policing the district's schools. |
