- Executed is the actual amount the contract(s) was/were written and approved for which can be equal to or below the Commission Approved amount.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and the subsequent reduction of training, eight of the contracts previously approved by Commission were extended beyond the original contract end date to allow for additional time to complete the work or training.
In summary, approximately 58% of the total Commission Approved amounts and 60% of the Executed contract amounts remain available for encumbrance or expenditure.

Three of the Commission approved contracts have yet to be completed and entered into FI$Cal for encumbrance or expenditure. Two of which were extended for time from the previous fiscal year as follows:
- MOT for which the FY 2020-21 contract was extended until 3/31/2022
- LMS/DL for which the FY 2020-21 contract was extended until 12/31/2021
As of 11/18/2021, POST has received invoices for FY 2021-22 Commission Approved contracts totaling $729,649. |
