ISSUE:
The Ohlone Community College Campus Police Department has entered into the POST Reimbursable Program for its dispatchers. 
BACKGROUND:
The Ohlone Community College Campus Police Department has been approved to participate in the POST Reimbursable Program pursuant to Penal Code 13510(a) and 13522. The agency has agreed to abide by Commission Regulations. A Resolution by the Ohlone Community College District Board of Trustees was adopted December 1, 2021 as required by Penal Code 13522. 
ANALYSIS:
The agency presently employees three (3) dispatchers. 
RECOMMENDATION:

The Commission is advised that the Ohlone Community College Campus Police Department has been accepted into the POST Reimbursable Program for dispatchers.
