ISSUE:

FY 2022-23 training contracts approved/to be approved by the Commission total $23,543,151.

Breakdown: 

FY 2022-2023 proposed contracts = $23,543,151

The training spending authority observed in the proposed budget galley is $13,397,000 from the General Fund (page 3 of the galley) and $12,555,000 from the State Penalty Fund (page 4 of the galley), totaling $25,952,000. This leaves a proposed amount of $2,408,849 for Letters of Agreement (LOA) and other needed contract obligations which may surface throughout the fiscal year.
