| The Commission on POST's proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 has increased by $27,110,000 and will receive additional ongoing funds of $20,600,000 in future budget years. Changes in authorized positions increased by 127 for a grand total of 263 authorized positions beginning July 1, 2022. Out of this budget, Peace Officer Certification (SB 2) will receive $22,649,000 and Officer Wellness will receive $5,000,000. |
